Fishbone opened in December 2015; being a father to four daughters, Kevin Sorgionvanni wanted to create a welcoming destination with a fresh menu that suited shared dining.

The restaurant is now known for its Japanese-inspired menu and raw dessert treats. Seating up to 100 people and overlooking the farm’s paddocks, complete with Kevin’s beloved cattle, all with a north-easterly aspect that keeps the terrace sunny in winter and protected in summer.

Demeter-certified biodynamic vineyard. Established in 1992 is a stone’s throw from Smiths Beach.
Our biodynamic philosophy utilises sustainable, chemical-free practices. Applying the timing and movement of celestial objects to predicate pruning, live animal fertilising, and picking complemented our natural and introduced bio-diversity as an ecologically beneficial approach to farming.
Sixteen acres and ten-thousand vines comprising cabernet sauvignon, sauvignon blanc, Chenin blanc, Semillon and terroir of sandy, gravelly loam on limestone bedrock. No irrigation is made possible by the dewy, cooling breeze which rolls off the Southern Indian Ocean in conjunction with gentle north-facing slopes, undulating topography and well-established roots of our 28-year-old vines.
The result is hardy vines that produce high-quality, robust and delicious grapes. The berries are hand-picked and sorted and then fermented in various fermenters (including clay amphoras, and French and Austrian oak barrels) to produce the highest quality wine exemplifying the Margaret River region’s fine viticultural qualities.
Established in 1967 by regional pioneer Dr Tom Cullity, Vasse Felix is Margaret River’s founding wine estate.
Our wines reflect the strengths of Margaret River, focusing on Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, as well as Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc / Semillon blends. They are grown in our four Margaret River vineyards, then vinified and bottled within our modern winery, situated at our Home Vineyard overlooking the Wilyabrup Brook.

Wild Hop is a small, family-owned and operated brewery built on the family’s property in the Yallingup Hills. We don’t have grand plans to take over the world – we’re just here, in this beautiful corner of the world, having a good time and doing what we love!!
Kid-friendly, dog-friendly and beer-geek friendly, we wanted to create an exciting place to visit with a rotating tap list and menu, meaning there is always something new to try.
We installed a beast of a wood-fired rotisserie oven as the centrepiece of our kitchen and built the menu around the concept of seasonal, ever-changing dishes using fresh, local produce.
Our menu is designed to be shared “family style”… Maybe try our whole rotisserie chicken (free-range chickens that are brined for 48 hours with aromatics from our farm; and then slowly spun over the coals), paired with a seasonal salad and loaded duck-fat potatoes. Or a 500g Margaret River Wagu steak, cooked perfectly and sliced to share, teamed with char-grilled broccolini and bang-bang Korean cauliflower. We aim to always have one seafood dish on the menu and several vegetarian options that can be eaten with or without a wood-fired protein. We can easily accommodate a range of dietary requirements.
At Beerfarm, we’re committed to reducing our footprint every step of the way. We run an ever-growing array of solar panels across our brewery’s rooftops to minimise our energy use and have a thorough wastewater plan in place to reduce our water consumption during the beer-making process while managing our wastewater post-brew.
We make beers for all occasions, from smashable lagers your mum and dad would drink to complex IPAs and sours packed full of rescued fruit supporting Aussie farmers. If beer is not your jam, we also make a cider packed with fresh Manjimup apples. We are an ambitious bunch on a mission to bring Beerfarm to as many lips as possible whilst having a bloody good time along the way!
